Introduction to Emotional Intelligence Research shows that people who demonstrate high levels of emotional intelligence are stronger leaders, more effective decision makers, better at building relationships and are well equipped to confront challenging issues and manage change. Introduction to Strategic Thinking Strategic thinking is a valuable skill for everyone in an organization, and it becomes more essential as you grow in leadership. The free on-demand, online learning includes thousands of topics. Simply search by topic in Workday learning and start the course. You can also log in to LinkedIn Learning Login​​​​​​​ and complete courses there. All completed courses appear in your Workday history as well as your LinkedIn Learning history.​​​​​​​

TEAMCare Kits

These “meeting-in-a-box” toolkits provide team leaders with the materials and instructions they needed to deliver effective teambuilding experiences. Using facilitator notes, presentation slides, handouts, pre-work and other resources, team leaders can build their teams, create a shared language and start meaningful discussions. Most sessions are approximately one hour in length.

Effectively Navigating Through Conflict: Thomas Kilman Model Teams discuss the results of a free assessment and find ways to handle conflict more effectively.
Embracing our Similarities and Differences through Personality Types Team members complete a free online MBTI assessment and bring their results to the session. Through discussions and activities, they explore ways to work together more effectively.
Emotional Intelligence at Work Guide your team through the emotional intelligence framework and help them build team self-awareness as a group.
Facilitating Difficult Conversations: Crucial Conversations Book Study Guide your team in reading the book Crucial Conversations. You’ll cover techniques for planning, conducting and following-up on difficult conversations over a reading timeframe you choose.
Working with Mission, Vision and Values Activities to help your team understand, identify and apply the Wellstar mission, vision and values while serving our patients and consumers. The program includes six 15-minute sessions over six weeks where team members learn about and discuss mission, vision and the values such as compassion, honoring every voice and pursuing excellence.
Boosting Your Resilience at Work Introduce your team to tools and strategies for well-being and self-care while helping them develop a personal resilience plan.
Accountability: Building a Culture of Ownership Helps leaders foster accountability within their teams by inspiring personal ownership and collective responsibility. Includes tools to align team actions with shared goals, thereby driving performance and trust.
Collaborative Influence: Shaping Outcomes Together This kit empowers leaders to harness collaborative influence by guiding teams to shape outcomes together. It provides tools to foster shared decision-making and drive collective success.
